ION Drum Rocker (Accessory)

ION Drum Rocker

ACCESSORY

The ION Drum Rocker was designed to provide a more authentic drumming experience, with the Rock Band platform in mind.

The ION Drum Rocker is an electronic drum kit that is officially compatible with the Rock Band (Game), Rock Band 2 (Game) and Rock Band 3 (Game) games. The kit features an adjustable aluminum frame which holds the pads and cymbals. The pads and cymbals, as well as the kick-pedal, plug into a center module, which itself plugs into the Xbox 360 via USB. The Drum Rocker launched at $299.99, but with a separate add-on module, it becomes a fully-functioning electronic drum set.

After release, a patch was made available to allow owners to use their Drum Rocker with Guitar Hero World Tour (Game). When using this accessory, the drum track in the game is reduced from 5 triggers plus bass drum, to 4 triggers plus bass drum, to match the available hardware.

The Ion Drum Rocker is available for the Xbox 360 (Platform),PS3/PS2, and Wii (Platform).
