Description:
As the town's kind spiritual leader, Carter runs the local church. His duties include manning the confessional, organizing the Winter music performance and watching Stu and Mei on most weekdays. When any of the villagers have something on their mind, he lends them an ear (and also enlists the help of any compatible villager to befriend).
