In Resident Evil: Outbreak Cindy was a waitress at J's Bar in Raccoon City. She acts as the team nurse, and can heal other characters with multiple herbs stored in her herb case.

Overview
Cindy Lennox is portrayed as a kind, polite, and somewhat feminine character. She is good friends with most of the characters in the game, although to an extent held a distaste for the angry nature of David King (Character). It is also known that her former co-worker Will had feelings for her before he became the victim of a zombie attack. After surviving the zombie outbreak Cindy leaves behind her life in Raccoon City (Location) and moves into a new house.

- Cindy's herb case can store every type of herb found in the game.
- In Resident Evil: Outbreak: File #2, Cindy can use a bandage which stops characters bleeding after they've been wounded by enemies.
