Dario is the first character Jill Valentine (Character) will encounter in Resident Evil 3. Unfortunately, he has become mentally unstable over losing his daughter. Instead of helping Jill, he decides to lock himself in a storage container proclaiming he'd rather starve to death in here than be eaten by one of those undead monsters!. He won't be encountered again on a storyline basis, but should the player return to the warehouse from the beginning, after a portion of the story has gone by, they'll find his corpse ironically being eaten upon by zombies. His diary can be found in the container he locked himself in.
