And as another patient of Thorney Towers (Location), Dr. Caligosto Loboto set up a new practice for himself after the asylum was abandoned. His desire to remove bigger and bigger teeth led him to create a super sneezing powder that can extract the biggest tooth of all: The Human Brain.
