Great Kung Lao
Kung Lao is the ancestor of many of the Shaolin Monk characters in Mortal Kombat. Although he appeared in the official Mortal Kombat 1 prequel comic and was mentioned in the game's attract mode, his first in-game appearance was in his descendent Kung Lao's ending in Mortal Kombat II.
