Jager is a former general of the Third Committee, and serves as an antagonist, aiding in the kidnapping of Rush's sister Irinia.

Jager Kidnaps Irina
Jager is one of the main antagonists of The Last Remnant (Game). He kidnaps Irina at the beginning of the game, and Rush follows and fights him several times to get Irina Back. Due to some circumstances he loses his job and can later be recruited by Rush.
He is bound to a remnant called “Lob Omen”, a flying remnant that can be summoned in battle. It is the means he uses to kidnap Irina. In one of the battles he loses Lob Omen and in the side quest “UFO!?” he takes it back with the help of rush.
If recruited, he tells rush that he has difficulties controlling his remnant and wonders if people are meant to control remnants at all.
