Lewis is the mayor of Pelican Town in Stardew Valley, where the player moves to at the start of the game. He has been the mayor for 20 years because nobody has ever run against him in an election.
Lewis greets the player along with Robin when they first move into the Valley, giving an explanation about life on a farm. Although Marnie claims to be single during the Flower Dance, Lewis seems to have a close relationship with her. During the quest Mayor's "Shorts", the player finds Lewis's shorts inside Marnie's bedroom and additionally a note written by Marnie can be found inside Lewis's bedroom.
