Though his appearance has not been revealed, he is the announcer and official voice of Monday Night Combat.

He announces the games from his prison cell in Mexico as part of his work plea agreement. There have been six assassination attempts on him, two of them being successful, which probably indicates that he has been either revived, reconstructed, or cloned. Just like the other Monday Night Combat characters, he himself is a clone and his DNA is partially made up of DNA from Andrés Cantor and an unidentified merchant marine.
