Miyako is the mother of Kokoro (Character) in the Dead or Alive (Franchise) series. As of Dead or Alive 5 (Game), she is the head of the Japanese arm of the revived DOATEC (Concept). Many years ago, she was one of Fame Douglas's mistresses, which resulted in pregnancy and Kokoro's birth.
