Mr. Stevenson is a former-FBI agent whose daughter, Jennifer, is kidnapped by the mob boss King Dom. King Dom gives Mr. Stevenson 24 hours to steal a set of 5 diamonds, the Black Panther Diamonds, in exchange for his daughter. After fighting his way through the city, sky, jungle and sea he reunites with his daughter in King Dom's hideout. Jennifer is kidnapped for a second time later the same day.
