The major antagonist of A Hat in Time, who serves as a rival to Hat Kid. She wants all the Time Pieces so she can use them to combat evil.

Overview
A rowdy and rebellious girl, who finds joy in competing with Hat Kid, but she does seem to respect her unlike anyone else: This is noticeable when she tells Hat Kid where to find some of her missing time pieces in Mafia Town, despite the fact that she wants the same pieces for herself. She bears resemblance to Little Red Riding Hood with her red hood and blonde hair. While Mustache Girl isn't an ally per-se, given her role as an antagonist, she is more of a rival as she does team up with Hat Kid more than once to take down the respective bad guys of each level.
