Ozotto is a character who appears as the final boss in the Sega System 32 arcade game Dragon Ball Z: V.R.V.S. Ozotto has the power to shapeshift into certain Z Warriors and use their techniques. He can attack with his tail and use energy blasts. His nickname is "The Super Monster". In the Dragon Ball Z: V.R.V.S. arcade game, after he is defeated, each Z Warrior will get their own ending after making a wish from the Dragon Balls (Object). After 24 years of absence, Ozotto finally reappeared in Super Dragon Ball Heroes.
