Pandaman is a joke character created by the author, Eiichiro Oda. He is, so far, the most notable of Oda's joke characters, having appeared hidden in nearly every One Piece chapter, episode arc, movie, and such.

The Pandaman seen today is actually the second to bear this name; the first one was but an actor that King Muscle (Character) mistook for a warrior. The second was created by Eiichiro Oda for a Kinnikuman tribute book, which accepted submissions from fans. Oda later ended up using this character in his own series. Pandaman mostly shows up in One Piece (Franchise) games, but made a playable cameo in one Kinnikuman game.
