Pseudo-Palutena
A copy of Palutena created by Dyntos to fight Pit as one of his trials. Though she initially looks identical to the goddess, her appearance becomes warped upon taking damage.

Overview
Pseudo-Palutena makes her appearance in Chapter 24 of Kid Icarus: Uprising as part of Pit's second trial. After his battle with Magnus (Character) and Gaol (Character), he is confronted with what appears to be Palutena (Character) as his next opponent. Initially upset that Dyntos (Character) is making Palutena fight him, Pit is caught by surprise when her form shifts in the middle of battle, becoming a twisted, undead-like visage of the goddess. After Pit dispatches the clone, the real Palutena reawakens from a sleep she had been placed under by Dyntos so that she wouldn't interfere with his joke.
