Renoa came from an affluent family but struck out on her own at a very young age, where her intelligence and aptitude for combat somehow gained the attention of a private military group who then hired her. However, during her first real mission on another planet, the Chaos bloomed sooner than expected, and she was forced to kill her squadmates before they turned into monsters. Renoa survived using her black rose powers until she was rescued and taken to the Empire at Arkhiannon. Renoa's gameplay revolves around creating and using "Dirge Bullets" with her cards. Dirge Bullets are Exhausted when they are played, dealing a powerful shot against one targeted enemy before vanishing. However, when Dirge Bullets are discarded for any reason, Renoa automatically performs a slightly weaker attack against a random foe for each one discarded at no additional AP cost.
