Richar Delahunt is the American ambassador to the Vatican. He's known for running a child prostitution ring, for which he was exiled. Since then, he has been Alvaro D'Alvade's lover, following him wherever D'Alvade plays take him. He's one of the targets in the game's third mission "Curtains Down", along with D'Alvade. It is possible to take out both targets simultaneously with one bullet when Alvaro D'Alvade is on stage in line with Delahunt who sits on a balcony, 47 being behind stage equipped with sniper rifle.
