Ritsuko is a very smart and cool girl, who would rather believe in theory than her own mind. She started out as an intern working at 765 Production after graduating from high school, but due to a lack of girls scouted she became an idol herself. Although she's an idol, she remains active in the business aspect of her own career, quickly commenting on the Producer if she thinks he's not doing his job right. Her appearance has a certain business charm as well, always wearing her glasses and keeping her hair very simple.
