Sekai is a 10th grade student at Sakakino Academy, and initially sits next to Makoto. She helps Katsura get to together with Makoto, but eventually develops feelings for him as well.

School Days
In School Days, Sekai starts out as the classmate of Makoto Itou. She catches him, eyeing a picture of Katsura Kotonoha on his phone, and snatches it from him. Soon after she decides to try to help Makoto get together with Kotonoha. After Katsura and Makoto officially get together, Sekai gives Makoto a kiss inexhange for her work. After a few awkward days, Sekai confesses to Makoto, that she loves him, and doesn't care if they aren't actually girlfriend and boyfriend.
Summer Days
After falling sick from a cold, Sekai asks her friend Setsuna Kiyoura to take her place as a watiress at a restaunt called Radish.
