Stella is a playable character in the arcade version of Alex Kidd: The Lost Stars.

In the arcade version of Alex Kidd: The Lost Stars, a second player can join in a two-player co-operative multiplayer mode. The second player assumes the identity of Stella, a female counterpart to Alex Kidd (Character). Stella does not feature in the Master System port.
Altered Beast Cameo
Stella makes a brief cameo in the Sega game Altered Beast (Game). In the first round, the names of Alex (Alex Kidd (Character)) and Stella can be seen on a gravestone in the background. Alex Kidd has cameos in other titles, but Altered Beast (Game) is the only to also feature Stella.
