Terestian Illhoof is an optional Satyr boss in Karazhan. He constantly summons packs of small imps, has a large imp assistant named Kil'rek who weakens Illhoof when killed, and will often sacrifice people in demonic chains. These chains must be killed, and while people are in chains Illhoof heals himself.
