Thongvor Silver-Blood is a non playable character that appears in the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. He is a member of the powerful Silver-Blood family. But while his younger brother, Thonar takes care of business, he takes care of politics in the Reach. If the Stormcloaks liberate the Reach, he will become the new Jarl.
