A young Foxian merchant and Amicassador of the Sky-Faring Commission aboard the Xianzhou Luofu.

The Trailblazer meets with Tingyun shortly after entering the Xianzhou Luofu, saving her from Mara-struck soldiers.
Later on, during the Stellaron Crisis, Tingyun reveals herself to be the Lord Ravager Phantylia (Character) in disguise, snapping Tingyun's neck before revealing her true form. It is unknown if the real Tingyun was killed, substituted with an imposter by Phantylia, or if there ever was a real Tingyun to begin with.
During the mission Obsequies Performed, A Long Road Ahead, it is assumed that Tingyun is dead, as Madam Yukong (Character) carries out Tingyun's funeral rites.
Gameplay
Tingyun is a 4* follower of Harmony, imbued with the Electric element. In addition to her normal attacks, her skill enhances the attack power of any one ally and gives them bonus Electric damage on their attack. Her Ultimate heavily boosts one ally's attack and their Energy meter as well.
