Part of a trio of mischief-making maids, Tomoe and her peers report directly to Mana Tsukuyomi. Dubbed "the three idiots," by Takeru Shirogane, they are responsible for carrying out whatever mid-level operations are required to meet Meiya Mitsurugi's needs.

In the alternate world, Tomoe and her sisters-in-arms appear as part of the 19th Independent Guard Flight, headed by Mana Tsukuyomi. The unit is stationed at Yokohama base to keep Meiya Mitsurugi safe.
