Åkesoft
COMPANY
Finland
A former video game developer from Finland.

Overview

Åkesoft was a video game development studio that was operated by multiple teenagers in Finland. Åkesoft's games were meant to be humorous and were distributed for free on the internet and on physical floppy disks. The company had a lawsuit after the release of their game Bepa Quest. In the end of the game they had placed a phone number of another kid at their school with instructions for people to call the number for "anal sex". The game had to be re-released with the number changed or removed and the members of Åkesoft had to pay money to the family of the bullied child.
