Founded in 1999, Firefly has expanded to have offices in both the U.K. and U.S. Before founding the company, Simon Bradbury and Eric Ouellette had played a part in the creation of other well-known series such as Caesar (Franchise) and Lords of the Realm (Franchise) for Sierra Online (Company). In addition to the popular Stronghold (Franchise) real-time strategy titles, the company has also developed CivCity: Rome and Space Colony (Game).
