A small independent game development company comprise of developers of a multiplayer module called Mount & Musket: Battalion for Mount&Blade: Warband.

This company was founded near the announcement of their first commercial product. Beforehand, they were modders of a popular gunpowder mulitplayer mod of Mount&Blade: Warband called Mount & Musket: Battalion. The original members of this team were old Battleground players, which was a gunpowder mod for Half Life 2. In numerous interviews with the manager/programmer Vincenzo, he stated that the name of the company came from a long collective alcohol-fueled think-tank in a Skype conference with the development team and was finally decided by the use of random article search on Wikipedia.
