Ether Animus is a mysterious and evil organization whose objective is to gather all the energy in order to free their lord: Aghailt.

The Ether Animus is an evil organization in Scarlet Shadow (Game), and main antagonists until Aghailt's awakening. The name comes from "Ether", the true name of the 4th universe, and "Animus", the latin world for Soul. Thus, it would translate to The Soul of Ether, referring to the origin of their ancestors, who came from the 4th universe.
Their goal is to gather all the energy in the world by using big underground structures in order to make traveling between worlds possible, thus rescuing their great leader Aghailt, that was held captive in the 4th Universe. Their leader is Jean Komen.
