Overview
These psychopaths, more accurately called The Cult of The True Eye, appear on Day 2 and remain for most of the 72 hour mode. They are first encountered the next time Frank enters Paradise Plaza after 1:00pm on Day 2. They have a survivor captive for sacrifice that Frank can save if leveled up high enough to be able to handle their superior numbers. Led by Sean Keanan (Character), the cultists are never alone. They always appear in a group and can be found anywhere in the Willamette Mall (Location) except Leisure Park or the Maintenance Tunnels. They will always attack Frank and any survivors he's escorting on sight and won't stop pursuing until either they or their quarry are dead. The Cultists will not follow Frank to a different mall section, however.
