Alien Breed: Tower Assault is a sci-fi top-down shooter developed and published by Team17 for the Amiga and Amiga CD32 (Platform) in Europe in 1994. It also received a DOS PC release the same year, ported by East Point Software (Company).

The third and final installment of the original Alien Breed (Franchise) trilogy, Tower Assault builds on the gameplay of its predecessor with non-linear progression (through multiple exits per level) and a "retreat mode" gameplay option in which players can shoot their weapon while slowly walking backwards.

Like the previous two entries, the game's story involves an alien infestation on a military structure (with this one being in the Military Research Unit on the planet Azarin 2E) and two soldiers of the Inter Planetary Corps sent to clean it out.

The CD32 version features full-motion video cinematics and the entirety of Alien Breed II: The Horror Continues as a bonus. The DOS version was released in both Floppy and CD-ROM formats, the latter of which include the cinematics while the former of which include a different linear series of levels.
