Overview
Story
Ever since Japan's Meiji Restoration era, the world has suddenly experienced the development of a new kind of human: Jinyou. These Jinyou have supernatural abilities and are hated by the human race who fear the powers these new beings hold. Jinyou either conceal their powers or move to Kamizawa City, a special city where almost all of the population are Jinyou. Those who are deemed especially dangerous are taken to a special isolated island and are kept under surveillance.
