The first of two games based on the animated Felix the Cat spin-off Baby Felix, the other one being the PS1 game Baby Felix Tennis (Game), Baby Felix Halloween puts players as either the child Felix or Kitty as they explore several worlds inside a haunted house (including prehistory, outer space, pirates, and the Wild West) to rescue their friends, so they can go to a Halloween (Concept) party.
