The sequel to Dead of the Brain, from Japanese developer Fairytale. Time has passed, but are the zombie dead really gone?
==Story == Following the aftermath of the zombie invasion caused by the now late Dr. Cooger, the city has rebuilt and life goes on. Cole and Sheila (now a couple) are just beginning to enjoy their life together, when a violent biker gang begins terrorizing the city. After a body is discovered in Cole's apartment, and Sheila becomes a target of the gang, it comes to light that the remnants of Doctor Cooger's serum may have resurfaced, and that the undead horde may once again be poised to sweep the city.
