An operational level turn-based tactical wargame set during World War II.

Overview

Decisive Campaigns: The Blitzkrieg From Warsaw to Paris is a turn-based strategy game developed by VR Designs and published by Matrix Games. Decisive Campaigns: The Blitzkrieg From Warsaw to Paris features turn-based, hex-based tactical gameplay on an operational level set during early World War II. The game features Case White, Case Yellow, the theoretical Operation Sealion, and two smaller scenarios; all featuring "What-if?" scenarios to increase replayability. There is also a campaign option to allow you to play through the 3 larger scenarios, in order, with continuity so losses and etc transfer over. The game also features historical orders of battle from a variety of real armies and officers with biographies, stats, and special action cards. In addition, the game has realistic logistics modelling supply and replacements, and detailed combat resolution. Decisive Campaigns: The Blitzkrieg From Warsaw to Paris also features multiplayer with up to 9 players, cooperatively or competitively, over PBEM.
