'Fish Stick Protocol is a multiplayer co-op game where up to 8 players become artifact retrievers for a cryptic figure known only as The Owner. Think Rick and Morty’s dimensional absurdity meets Happy Tree Friends gleeful unpredictability, but make it cooperative, cozy, and slightly slimy.
Players embark on expeditions into procedurally generated, open-ended dimensions filled with bizarre environments, rule-breaking anomalies, and unexpected dangers. Unlike horror-driven titles of the same genre, Fish Stick Protocol leans into controlled chaos, humor, and creative expression.
Each shift starts in the persistent hub known as The Betterman Galleries, a place that evolves as players collect and display artifacts retrieved from across dimensions. Here, players can decorate the Manor and worker quarters, adding both function and flair to their home base.
Once thawed, players leap into strange and hostile realities through shifting portals. These dimensions are procedurally generated, meaning each expedition is entirely unpredictable. No two runs are the same.
There’s no perma-death. If someone bites the dust, another worker clocks in. You're part of an endless, weirdly cheerful workforce.
