Gesundheit is a puzzle game released recently for the Iphone and Ipad platform. Player navigate simple stages to advance.
Players play as a green pig and try to work their way through levels avoiding monsters and traps. The pig has the ability to sneeze snot a limited distance away from him to trigger buttons as well as attract monsters in the level as they consume the snot. This leads to player trying to collect 3 stars in a level as well as leading all monsters to a worm traps where the monsters are eaten by a gigantic sand worm. The pigtagonist is traversing multiple worlds to rescue his "princess", a female pig who gave him a handkerchief.
