Step into the shoes of the famous Dr.House and his witty diagnostic team as you come together to solve a quite peculiar medical mystery. In House M.D. Episode 5: Under The Big Top, you'll encounter a middle-aged circus owner that has been strangled by a horse. This horse strangling leads to a list of unconnected symptoms which must be cured by House and his crew. The game will see you tracking down correct diagnoses of the circus owner's conditions. The investigation includes examining and interviewing the patient, searching through various locations, running tests down at the lab and finally performing surgery.
