Jikkyou Oshaberi Parodius ("Chatty Commentary Parodius"), later rebranded as Jikkyou Oshaberi Parodius ~Forever With Me~, is a side-scrolling shoot 'em up and the fourth game in Konami's Parodius (Franchise) series, which began as a Gradius (Franchise) parody featuring a number of Konami characters.

The game features a lot of nonsense voice clips - the "chatty commentary" of the title - and boosts the lunacy and character rosters of the previous games. It was originally released on the Super Famicom, skipping the Arcade, and later saw a graphically enhanced version for the Sega Saturn and Sony PlayStation. It also has some elaborate scalable 3D graphics that required the use of the SA-1 chip for its Super Famicom incarnation.

The game features a mix of original Parodius characters and cameos from other games. The cameos include the Vic Viper and Lord British of Gradius (Franchise), the penguins of Antarctic Adventure (Game) Pentarou and Hanako, Twinbee and Winbee of TwinBee (Franchise), and Upa and Rupa of Bio Miracle Bokutte Upa (Game). Others include the fairies Sue and Memim, the paper airplane stickmen Doitsu and Soitsu, the octopuses Takohiko and Belial, and the cats Mike and Ran. The stages also include many riffs on Konami games, including a whole stage inspired by Tokimeki Memorial (Game).
