Ai to Yuujou no Neko Monogatari: Jingle Cats - Love Para Daisakusen no Maki, loosely translated to "A Cat Story of Love and Friendship: Jingle Cats - Volume of the Great Love Paradise Strategy", is a comical pet raising game developed by Vantan Edutainment Factory and published by Sony Music Enteratinment (Japan) Inc. for the Sony PlayStation, Windows PCs, and Macintosh computers exclusively in Japan in 1998.

Based on the Jingle Cats series of novelty song albums (in which Christmas (Concept) albums are re-arranged with the sounds of cats) and featuring a unique cartoon style, Jingle Cats has players taking care of the needs of a pair of cats (through a side-view point-and-click interface) throughout the house so that they'll be happy enough to get along with each-other.

The PS1 version of the game later received an unofficial English translation in 2025.

Cats

Each of the eight cats are named after the Jingle Cats producer's cats, and have different assortment of "partner" cats to try to get along with. Each cat has a unique personality and tend to act differently with different cats (with some trusting more than others).

In each stage, players choose one of the cats they haven't picked before as the "lead", as well as one of 3-4 other cats to be their "partner". While the game starts the level with only the two cats, it starts adding other cats to each level as not only distractions, but also potential mood-killers for the two main cats.

In addition, the game has a ninth cat named Sprocket who serves as the final stage lead cat. His partners can be either Graymer, Cueball, Clara, or Max and he is difficult to work with.

After completing the game, players can play on "Free Play", which allows players to pick any combination of cats.

Songs

Throughout the game, the Jingle Cats "perform" several songs (both traditional and modern). Each song is played after completing a stage, and are accompanied by a special animated cartoon.
