Overview

Mobile Suit Gundam SEED: Battle Assault is a 2D sci-fi mecha fighting game developed by Natsume (Company) and published by Bandai for the Game Boy Advance (Platform) exclusively in North America on August 10, 2004. Based on the Mobile Suit Gundam SEED installment of the Gundam (Franchise) series, Battle Assault is a traditional 2D fighting game set in the universe's "Cosmic Era". Despite its name, it has little in common with the Gundam Battle Assault series of games. It was developed concurrently with the Japanese-exclusive enhanced version known as Kidou Senshi Gundam SEED Destiny, released months later. This version adds a variety of new characters based on the anime sequel series of the same name.
