Overview
Set during the American Civil War (Concept), the player gets to choose the side of either the CSA or the USA during the conflict and lead his or her nation through the entire war. The player is responsible for making policies, appointing leaders, building and leading armies and handling foreign affairs and diplomacy with the major European powers, allowing them a wide variety of options as to how to fight and win the war.
