Kojima Productions is developing an action espionage game for Xbox Games Studio.
The game was originally announced in January 2024 during a PlayStation State of Play event and was going to be published by Sony Interactive Entertainment.
In September 2026, it was revealed that Hideo Kojima had received notice from Sony in June that they would be canceling production of the game. At this point, Kojima searched for a new publisher for three months and secured a deal with Xbox Games Studio to continue development of the game.
