Two years after Operation Vapor Trail the forces of "Lagnalok" resurface in Oceania. Now armed with a brand new mech, it's again up to the player to plow through the enemy hordes in this side-scrolling sci-fi shoot 'em up.
Overview
Rohga: Armor Force (aka. Wolf Fang) is a side-scrolling sci-fi shoot 'em up developed and published by Data East. It is a sequel to their earlier game Vapor Trail (Game), exchanging the previous game's fighter jets for mecha suits.
Releases
Originally published in 1991 for arcades in Japan under the name Wolf Fang: Kuhga 2001, it was retitled Rohga: Armor Force for its international release. The game was later ported to the PlayStation (Platform) and Saturn (Platform) by Xing Entertainment (Company). The PlayStation port was made available as a PSN download in Japan in 2010, and is being brought to western market by publisher MonkeyPaw Games (Company) as an untranslated PSOne Import title.
