Scooby-Doo! Mystery of the Fun Park Phantom is a comedic horror-themed overhead point-and-click adventure game developed by EAI Interactive (Company) and published by SouthPeak Interactive for Windows PCs on October 1999. Based on the classic Hanna-Barbera Scooby-Doo! cartoon series, Mystery of the Fun Park Phantom has Scooby and either Shaggy (Character), Velma, Daphne, or Fred explore an abandoned amusement park that's being haunted by a phantom. As they search for clues on who the true culprit is, they must set up a trap to catch the phantom. While the game can be played in single-player, it is intended to be played in a turn-based hotseat competitive multiplayer format similar to board games, where each player has a limited amount of "action points" to interact with things and move between different areas, and must race to catch the correct suspect (who is randomized) first. It also features online and networked multiplayer, as well as multiple skill levels. It is notable for being the first game in the series to have voice acting for each member of Mystery Inc., with performances from the current direct-to-video cast at the time (including Scott Innes (Person) as both Scooby-Doo and Shaggy, B.J. Ward as Velma, Mary Kay Bergman (Person) as Daphne, and Frank Welker (Person) as Fred). It is also notable for being the first Windows game based on the series, as well as the first one in the series to have 3D-rendered interpretations of the characters (albeit pre-rendered).
