Simple 1500 Series Vol. 57: The Meiro is a third-person maze action game developed by D's Garage 21, Mint, and PLOPHET, and published by D3Publisher for the PlayStation (Platform) exclusively in Japan on March 22, 2001.

Part of the Simple (Franchise) series of budget games, The Meiro has two players (in split-screen) navigating a simplistic maze in a race to find all three of their color-coded keys and reach their exit first. Along the way, they must use traps and weapons to drop their opponent's keys and/or knock them out temporarily.

It later received a PS2 sequel with Simple 2000 Series Ultimate Vol. 8: Gekitou! Meiro King (which later got a European release as Maze Action). It also received a digital PSone Classics (Concept) re-release for supported PlayStation Network (Concept) consoles on May 26, 2010.
