Overview
The Legend of Prince Valiant is a PAL-only NES game released by Ocean Software in 1992 and based on the serial newspaper comic of the same name of a noble adventurer during the time of King Arthur and Camelot. It was later rereleased as Little Lancelot by Piko Interactive, sold via their site, many years later in 2019; this was also the game's North American debut.
The game has players make their way through various levels, either in a side-scrolling format or a first-person format, avoiding traps while defeating enemies in their path. The player has a health gauge they can restore but limited lives, and traps like pitfalls or the swamp are instant kills.
