ToonCar
3D racing game inspired by Mario Kart, localized for Eastern Europe and Russian markets. You have to get "driving licenses" in order to progress through the game, and there's a crazy announcer that pops out from the side of the screen.
Several cartoonish characters are available to choose from, along with their vehicles. There are three stages of game progression. You must hit all cones in a track within a time limit to gain access to a certain tier of races. Racing is highly reminiscent of Mario Kart with random weapon power-ups and arcade physics.
