Gameplay
The sequel to Tritorn (Game) and the second game in the Tritornseries of action RPG titles. Tritorn II expands on its predecessor with the following additional RPG elements:
- Friendly areas such as towns
- Monetary currencysystem
- Money dropped by defeated enemies
- Storesselling items, weapons, armorand magicspells
- Non-player characters who can be interacted with
- Role-playing as adventurers of different classes
It also expands on its predecessor with the following additional platforming elements:
- Side-scrolling format (rather than its predecessor's flip-screen format)
- Climbing (Concept) up and down ladders (in addition to its predecessor's jumping mechanic)
