Story

The driver of a delivery truck (the eponymous "Truck-kun") in the city of Wenvale crashes into a young woman named Carissa Ward and kills her. While wracked with guilt over the event, the driver hears a message from the supposedly dead woman, and finds out that she has been "isekai'd", given another life in the fantasy world of Talinfold, where the people there have chosen her as their Legendary Hero and sent her to defeat the evil Skeleton King. However, Carissa can't accomplish this with her power alone, so Carissa tasks you with crashing into as many people and objects as possible to "isekai" them to Talinfold, to use them to empower herself to soon take on the Skeleton King and hopefully find a way back to the real world.

Gameplay

As the delivery truck driver, the player can drive around a sandbox of a city, crashing into various people and objects, and follow Carissa's progress in a small box on the bottom of the screen. The people will manifest as enemies for Carissa to fight, while the objects will empower Carissa's special attacks. The player must meet a certain threshold of destruction within a time limit in each chapter or Carissa may perish for good. In addition, the player can do bonus objectives like making crazy stunt jumps or completing deliveries, giving them extra time to rack up more victims for Carissa. However, the more destruction the truck driver causes in the real world, the more the Wenvale police will take notice and attempt to stop the player from continuing.
