Xenon is notable for its suggestive soundtrack and voice track by electronic music composer Suzanne Ciani as well as an impressive light configuration that required an auxiliary lamp driver board in addition to the machine's main lamp driver. Also, the acrylic tube that was above the playfield was the first multi leveled design by Bally.
